Provided confidential design & production support to the investment banking department and ensured internal client needs were met for pitch book design, production, and other design-related products. Format, design, and produce various presentations and documents (data-driven presentations that include tables, and charts)

Worked as a team member in an agile Deal Squad, supporting strategic pre-sales client engagements and specialized projects. Applied design principles to assist deal teams in producing clear and compelling visual communications.

Served as the principal graphics designer on executive summaries and overall ‘art director,’ discerning the information required to recommend the most appropriate visual medium. Worked with sales teams and technical subject matter experts to build innovative collateral for vital offerings/solutions:

Apply expertise in graphic design and artistic principles toward generating feature sheets, brochures, and other promotional/marketing materials. Offer marketing guidance to affiliated agents and generate onboarding collateral and newspaper ads. Assemble visually attractive email templates using the Mail Chimp platform. Source materials and edit promotional videos for agents upon request. Frame housing market data from TREB into visually digestible formats. Render certificates and digital leaderboards to provide agent incentives and boost morale.

Graphic Designer

Engaged editors in deriving creative objectives to develop typeset ads and layout strategies. Steered full project lifecycle for layouts featured in various magazines. Provided editors with artistic guidance regarding complementary images to place in articles. Collaborated with Print Production Coordinator to ensure bleeds, images, and file size met print house quality standards.

Processes a range of image types for newspapers and magazine publications. Remastered and uploaded images for online publication using CMS as well as used HTML5 to resolve formatting issues. Retouched and edited headshots as required.

Ascended through roles of increasing scope and responsibility, receiving a promotion from Art/Production Intern to in-house Graphic Designer, later filling the same role in a freelance capacity; served Art Director duties during role vacancy.
